We take great care to ensure that your wine shipments are delivered safely and promptly. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Shipping Areas: We ship to all states within the United States that allow wine shipments. However, some states have restrictions or require additional permits, so please check with us before placing your order.

Delivery Time: We ship wine club orders quarterly, and we'll notify you in advance of the shipping date. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Carrier: We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure that your wines are delivered safely and efficiently. Our shipping carriers include FedEx, UPS, and other reputable providers.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary according to your wine club membership. Shipping costs start at $40. Also, if you choose to purchase additional wines outside of your regular wine club shipments, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you to coordinate details for shipping and final cost according to your membership and state.

Adult Signature: Wine shipments require an adult signature for delivery, so please make sure that someone over the age of 21 is available to sign for your package. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will attempt delivery on another day or provide instructions for pick-up at a nearby location.

Weather Restrictions: In order to protect the quality of the wines, we may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions (such as high heat or cold temperatures). We'll notify you in advance if we need to delay your shipment, and we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Returns: If your wine shipment arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We'll work with you to replace the damaged wine or provide a refund.
