How will I receive my wines?

You will be able to pick up your wines the third Tuesday of every month in any of our locations: 

Greenville, SC

Asheville, NC

Tryon, NC

Orlando, FL

 

You will need to let us know which of these locations will be your home base so we can plan your pick up accordingly.

Is there shipping available?

If you wish for wines to be shipped please contact us to coordinate logistics accordingly. You can contact us at info@cavawineconsulting.com.

When will I receive my wines?

You will receive your wine for pick-up in the middle of following month of purchase. For example, if you make your purchase in April, you’ll receive your wines in May (if you choose the monthly option).

Which wines will I be receiving?

Our wine club offers a selection of curated wines from around the world, often with a focus on small-batch and artisanal producers. We curate the wines according to each season, finds that we have during our trips or wine gems that we simply adore and want to share with you!

What is included in the tasting video?

The tasting video, hosted by Mary, provides a detailed overview of the wine's origins, flavors, and aromas. It's designed to help you deepen your knowledge and appreciation of the wine, and is available exclusively to our wine club members through our member portal.

How does the complimentary wine tasting work?

For Grand Reserve members, you and a guest will be able to enjoy one complimentary wine tasting each year. This is an opportunity to sample some of the finest wines from around the world and learn more about the winemaking process. These tastings are an added value if you live close to any of our locations!

What are member-only events?

Our member-only events are exclusive gatherings designed to connect wine lovers and expand your knowledge of the wine world. These events may include tastings, seminars, and other wine-related experiences, and are only available to our wine club members.

What will I receive in the newsletters?

Our newsletters are filled with insider tips and updates on the latest vintages. You'll receive regular updates on new wines, upcoming events, and other news from the world of wine.

What is the member-only discount?

As a wine club member, you'll receive a special discount on events and products. This allows you to stock up on your favorite wines at a fraction of the cost, and attend events at a reduced rate.

How do I join the wine club?

You can join our wine club by visiting our website and selecting the membership level that works best for you. We offer a variety of options to suit different preferences and budgets, so you can choose the one that's right for you.

Can I customize my wine selection?

Yes. You can select only red wines, only whites or a mix variety. Nevertheless, we highly encourage you to stick to the rotating mix selection so you can explore varietals and styles and discover something new everytime. You can email us at info@cavawineconsulting.com with your selections.

What happens if I don't like a wine that's included in my shipment?

If you receive a wine that you don't like, most wine clubs have a satisfaction guarantee and will replace the wine or provide a refund. Be sure to read the wine club's policies before signing up to understand the return and refund procedures.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

You can cancel your membership at any time, just please let us know at least 2 weeks ahead so we can plan our purchasing accordingly.
