- Bacalao a la Riojana (Cod Fish prepared in a rich red sauce)

- Piquillos de Carne (Fire Roasted Piquillo Peppers stuffed with ground beef and topped with a bechamel tomato sauce and Manchego cheese)

  - Paired with an elegant Rioja Reserva

Fourth Course

- Pochas con Codornices a la Riojana (White beans with quail Riojan style)

  - Combines tender quail meat with creamy pochas beans and a pepper-laden sauce

  - Paired with a full-bodied Rioja Gran Reserva
