   *Tasting Notes:* Bright red fruit, cherry, and raspberry with a hint of earthiness and a silky finish.  

   *Pairing:* Smoked salmon crostini with dill cream cheese.

2. **Burgundy, France**  

   *Tasting Notes:* Complex and refined with aromas of red berries, floral notes, and subtle spice.  

   *Pairing:* Duck patte with cherry reduction 

4. **Marlborough, New Zealand**
